Opportunities to experience healing movement through breath, stretching and yoga poses assist in moving toward individual goals. Find quiet. Focus on the present moment. Among their benefits, grounding and attending to your energetic self improves many aspects of your life. Reaction time, short term memory, stress and anxiety relief are reported benefits. More relaxed, less distracted by fleeting thoughts, an enhanced ability to solve problems, retain and recall information better are benefits students report. Gentle Vinyasa and Buti Yoga

There is a profound connection between body and mind. Mental and physical health are interrelated and conditioned together. Students are invited to check their fear-driven ego at the door entering their practice with a clear open mind.  Modifications to meet you where you are today support you in continuing on your journey. Beginners, unfamiliar with exercise and yoga to more advanced students wanting to work on precision and strength welcomed.

Gentle Vinyasa classes and therapeutic movement, currently taught privately at Sunroom Studio are offered for the individual or in small carefully selected  groups of students that support a non-judgemental emotionally safe environment.

Buti Yoga classes are taught in community environments

~Tuesday 6:15PM and Saturday 8:30AM
